ACT : The process of action should come from the pre-planning of setting your goal. After you identify the goal, the next step is setting the action in achieving. The action starts with a broad view of the entire process but the bird’s eye view will keep detail instructions to obtain the distant but overall goal.

ACHIEVE : The end result of a goal with correct motivation and desire will be achievement. The bad part is that most people never get to this point because a lack of pre-planning. Allow me to facilitate that action inside and outside the gym with my knowledge, skills and abilities to provide a safe and effective fitness program with detailed instructions for the only goal of becoming healthy and fit. Lonnie Love is a lucky man to have a career where he has helped transform his clientele's physicality and mentality all in one package. His life has developed throughout the years to share his knowledge and experience with all people. By using the years of his personal athletic training to distinguish his clientele’s level of fitness, helps in accommodating each client more smoothly and precise. Being a top amateur athlete then progressing in 2006 and becoming a highly regarded professional boxing prospect, the experience he has acquired is incomparable to other trainers. Traveling extensively has given him a lot of insight and the ability to relate to many different backgrounds. Lonnie finds happiness in seeing his clients achieve and also, exceed pass their personal fitness goals.



Through personal training, Lonnie has helped clientele become healthy and fit, and in turn, makes them happy and more productive in life. He finds honor in his career when his clientele returns positive gratitude by telling him that they could never do this alone. He understands that no one can push themselves as powerful as an educated personal trainer does for their clients. A major benefit from training with Lonnie Love is that he understands that health is contingent with personal fitness.
