12 WEEK TRANSFORMATION


From a man that I didn’t think needed too much work but I never spoke to him about fitness until he inquired about my training. I was happy in his interest but did not know exactly his personal goals. He told me, “I want to lose my belly fat! I want to be bigger and stronger. I want muscle definition like a body builder.”

His request was met with a solid 12 week plan to accomplish his hidden physical ambition. As of now from the weekly pictures, you can see we are making strides in the right direction. Not there yet but his progress is exceptional after only a few weeks of complete focus and personal guidance from me.
